This Privacy Policy describes how Tibli ("the App") handles your information. Tibli is developed and owned by Vladimir Weinstein ("we," "us," or "the Developer"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. The short version: Tibli does not collect your personal data, and your information stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account.

Information We Do Not Collect

Tibli is designed to work without an account and without sending your information to us. We do not collect names, email addresses, contact details, payment information, location, contacts, or any of the content you create in the App. Because we do not collect this information, we do not store, sell, rent, or share it with anyone.

How Your Data Is Stored

All content you create in Tibli — including jobs, clients, contractors, invoices, notes, schedules, and reminders — is stored locally on your device.

If you choose to enable iCloud syncing, your data is synchronized across the Apple devices signed in to your iCloud account using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. This data is stored in your own iCloud account, not on any servers operated by the Developer. We have no access to the contents of your iCloud account. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can manage or disable iCloud syncing at any time in your device settings.

Apple App Analytics

If you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized analytics about how the App is used and performs. This information cannot be used to identify you and does not include the content you create in the App. This data is collected and processed by Apple; we receive only summary reports. You can opt out at any time in your device settings.

Device Permissions

Tibli may ask your permission to use certain device features, such as:

  • Calendar — to optionally sync your scheduled jobs with the system Calendar.

  • Notifications and Reminders — to deliver reminders and alerts you set up.

These permissions are used solely to provide the features you request. The associated data stays on your device and in your iCloud account. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Third Parties

Tibli does not include third-party advertising networks, marketing SDKs, or analytics tools beyond the optional Apple App Analytics described above. We do not share your information with third parties because we do not collect it.

Your Control Over Your Data

Because your data lives on your device and in your iCloud account, you remain in control of it at all times. You can edit or delete your content within the App, disable iCloud syncing, or delete the App to remove its local data from a device. Data stored in iCloud can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
